About the Opportunity:
Crew Life At Sea is currently recruiting Assistant Casino Host on behalf of one of our cruise line partners, Royal Caribbean. This is a guest-facing role focused on creating memorable onboard experiences within the ships casino department.

The position offers the chance to join a fast-paced hospitality team and work in a diverse, international environment. All candidates placed through Crew Life At Sea are recruited directly for the cruise line and are never charged any placement or recruitment fees.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the casino and guide them through available games and promotions

  • Assist the Casino Host in organizing and managing onboard events and tournaments

  • Oversee the smooth running of gaming operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

  • Handle financial transactions accurately, with attention to detail

  • Respond to guest questions and concerns in a friendly and solution-oriented manner

  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked casino floor

  • Promote ongoing casino events and build positive relationships with repeat guests

  • Keep up to date with casino schedules, promotions, and procedures

  • Follow all internal protocols and legal requirements tied to gaming operations

Who We're Looking For:

  • Completed high school education (or equivalent)

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or guest services (casino experience is an advantage)

  • Confident working with cash and managing financial transactions

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Fluent in English; other languages are beneficial

  • Able to pass a background check and meet requirements set by the cruise lines regulatory body
