Job Description:

Crew Life at Sea is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cruise Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company's revenue goals

- Identify and target potential clients and markets for cruise packages

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners

- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns

- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance

- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company's services

- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in market conditions


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in cruise sales or a similar role

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of the cruise industry and market trends

- Willingness to travel for business purposes
