Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of broadcast technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations
- Create and schedule programming for onboard channels, including live events, movies, and TV shows
- Ensure the quality and reliability of all broadcasts, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new and innovative programming ideas
- Maintain and update broadcast equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times
- Train and onboard new broadcast technicians, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Monitor and analyze viewership data to make informed decisions about programming and scheduling
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in broadcasting technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or cruise industry
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with broadcast equipment and software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
