Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall performance of the boutique shops, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Create visually appealing displays and maintain the overall presentation of the boutique
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to promote special events and promotions
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for the boutique team
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
