Job Description:

  • Competent handling of guest feedback
  • Familiarize the reception staff with the general processes as well as with the daily tasks
  • Daily closing and execution of administrative activities
  • Roster design and effective allocation of employee resources
  • Motivation of employees and the entire team
  • All-round care of the guests (hosts, service providers, contact persons)
  • Active cross-selling with regard to further offers from the other departments
  • Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
