Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook and present dishes according to menu specifications

- Train and supervise junior members of the kitchen team

- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner

- Monitor and maintain quality control of all food items

- Assist in menu planning and development

- Maintain a clean and organized work station

- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume kitchen

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Valid food handling and safety certification
