Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, make beds, change linens, and restocking amenities
- Clean and sanitize all public areas, including hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Ensure that supplies are well-stocked and organized
- Vacuum, mop, and dust all designated areas
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Assist with the laundry process, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guests
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects/equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
