Job Description:

Position: Dining Steward

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the dining area

- Assist in seating guests and taking orders

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure all dining areas are clean and properly set up before, during, and after service

- Monitor and maintain stock levels of supplies, such as cutlery, dishes, and linens

- Assist in the preparation of dining areas for special events or occasions

- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or hospitality setting

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

- Must be able to obtain necessary travel documents and work permits
