- Carrying out the daily routine at the reception
- Contact person for all questions and concerns at the reception to ensure the well-being of the guests at the highest level
- Preparation of interim and final accounts, sales lists, etc.
- Organize, prepare and set up check-in for all boarding passengers
- Independent preparation of all documents, lists (passenger and crew lists), entry cards, forms in cooperation with the Chief Purser / Crew Purser for the local authorities
- Compliance with quality standards, guidelines and regulations in the area of administration and cleanliness in the reception area
- Protection of confidential data
- Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (also after individual consultation)

- Vocational training in the hotel industry and several years of professional experience at the reception in upscale international hotels
- Confident and personable demeanor and very well-groomed manners
- High performance, resilience, reliability and team spirit
- Business fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written), any other foreign language is an advantage
- Very good computer skills
