Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train a team of waiters and waitresses to provide exceptional service to our guests On Board Cruise Ship

- Monitor dining room operations and ensure that all guests are receiving timely and efficient service

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining room and other food service areas

- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to guest preferences and dietary restrictions

- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or a similar supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or cruise ship

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
