Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the watch shop, including sales, inventory management, and customer service onboard the cruise ship

- Provide exceptional customer service to onboard guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends and new releases

- Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets

- Train and supervise a team of sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable and providing excellent customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing shop

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other departments onboard to promote and market the watch shop

- Assist with visual merchandising and displays to showcase products effectively

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security measures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods

- Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more of the following languages is strongly preferred: German, French, Spanish, Italian

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Knowledge of watches and luxury brands preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
