Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the onboard watch shop, including inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Stay up-to-date on current watch trends and brands to effectively sell and promote products
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Collaborate with other onboard departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment
- Knowledge and passion for watches and luxury goods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
