Job Description:
As an IRD Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items
- Ensure that all food and beverages are of high quality
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including setting and clearing tables
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an IRD Waiter
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage items and their preparation methods
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
