  • Substitute for the Assistant Maître d'hôtel
  • Responsible for a restaurant with about 50 guests
  • Support of the Assistant Maître during the day-to-day business and the creation of the duty roster
  • Organization and control of the subordinate Chef de Rangs and Commis de Rangs
  • Enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
  • Contact person for passengers for suggestions, proposals or complaints
  • Motivating crew members to provide excellent service
  • Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (also after individual consultation)

  • Apprenticeship in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as several years of professional experience in a management position
  • Very good expertise in the service and kitchen area as well as beverage / wine knowledge
