Are you a recent graduate or an experienced professional looking to broaden your international experience? Our J1 Cultural Exchange Program offers the opportunity to work and train in the United States across multiple industries, giving you valuable insight into your field, while immersing yourself in American culture.
This program is designed to foster cross-cultural understanding and hands-on training in various industries. Its an excellent opportunity to enhance your professional skills and grow personally and professionally in an international setting. NB: This is a training program and not permanent employment.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Recent graduates (within the past 12 months) OR
Professionals with at least 5 years of continuous work experience in the relevant field
You should be between the Age of 18 and 33 years old

Requirements:
Recent graduate within 12 months OR 5 years of relevant work experience
You should be between the Age of 18 and 33 years old
Passion for cultural exchange and professional development
Ability to commit to 12 months of training in the United States
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn
English proficiency (both verbal and written)
Program Costs:
The collective cost for participation in this program will range between 80,000 - 130,000 ZAR, covering visa application fees, program fees, travel expenses, and other related costs.
