Job Description:

Position: Commis Baker

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and production of all baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts

- Follow recipes and ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all sanitation and safety guidelines

- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed

- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to create new and innovative menu items

- Adhere to all company and industry regulations and standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Commis Baker or similar role in a professional kitchen

- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
