Job Description:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our cruise ship services
- Process reservations and ensure all necessary details are obtained and accurately recorded
- Handle changes and cancellations to existing reservations, following company policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly and professionally addressing any customer concerns or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, packages, and pricing to effectively sell our services to customers
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report generation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of cruise ship industry and destinations is a plus
