Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Purser in managing all financial and administrative tasks onboard the cruise ship

- Handle guest accounts and process cash and credit card transactions

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

- Manage the ship's inventory and supplies

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests

- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the ship

- Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Purser or management team

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or cruise industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary visas and certifications

- Must be able to commit to a 6-month contract and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
