Job Description:

- Plan, organize, and lead all onboard activities and shore excursions

- Ensure the safety of all guests during activities and excursions

- Manage and supervise a team of onboard activity staff

- Provide informative and engaging presentations and lectures about the destinations and activities

- Create and maintain a positive and fun atmosphere onboard for guests

- Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain inventory and equipment for all activities and excursions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and environmental regulations

- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and improve operations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Expedition Leader or Cruise Director

- Knowledge and experience in leading a variety of activities and excursions, such as hiking, snorkeling, and cultural tours

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- First Aid and CPR certification preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus
