Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and assist them with seating arrangements

- Present menus and take orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner

- Make recommendations and answer any questions about menu items

- Serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards

- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining room

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests

Qualifications:

- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong team player with a positive attitude

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
