Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions on cruise ships. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by identifying top talent and matching them with the right opportunities. This role is based at our offices in Century City. 

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in German: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
  2. Strong organizational skills: Efficiently manage tasks, prioritize deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
  3. Computer literate: Proficient in using various software and online tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract candidates for cruise ship positions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, including job fairs and interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in the recruitment database.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
