Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions on cruise ships. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by identifying top talent and matching them with the right opportunities.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract candidates for cruise ship positions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, including job fairs and interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in the recruitment database.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
