- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, including job fairs and interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information in the recruitment database.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
