Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner On Board Cruise Ship
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Communicate with clients and employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
