Job Description:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all transportation vehicles, including engines, electrical systems, and other mechanical components

- Diagnose and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise, and perform necessary repairs

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

- Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on vehicles

- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in transportation technology

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in the transportation industry

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and engines

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergency repairs

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
