Responsible for delivering an exceptional dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line
(GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Practicing GCCL values
- Providing professional food and beverage service in dining room area
- Responsible for the mise en place and hygiene of dining room area
- Good knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menus
- Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager
Skills/Qualifications:
- Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably on river/ocean ship or in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotel
- Cruise ship experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Fluency in English
- Fully vaccinated
