Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate all technical equipment for performances, events, and rehearsals, including lighting, sound, and special effects

- Maintain and troubleshoot technical equipment, ensuring all is in proper working condition

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all technical aspects of performances meet artistic and safety standards

- Assist with the load-in and load-out of equipment and set pieces for performances

- Work closely with performers and other crew members to ensure seamless execution of performances

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all crew members and performers

- Keep detailed records of all technical equipment and supplies, and report any necessary maintenance or replacements

- Continuously seek ways to improve technical processes and procedures to enhance the overall performance experience for both crew and guests

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical stage production, preferably in a live performance or event setting

- Extensive knowledge and experience with lighting, sound, and special effects equipment

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing schedules and priorities

- Experience with rigging and operating fly systems is a plus

- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights

- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally for extended periods of time

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the performance schedule
