Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule all entertainment events and activities, including shows, performances, and other onboard entertainment options

- Work closely with the Entertainment Director to develop and implement new and innovative entertainment programs

- Manage the onboard entertainment budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget

- Liaise with external performers and vendors to book and schedule performances and events

- Maintain accurate records of all entertainment-related expenses and revenue

- Provide support to the Entertainment Director in managing the entertainment team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with other departments, such as Food and Beverage and Guest Services, to ensure smooth coordination of entertainment activities

- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding entertainment options and provide excellent customer service at all times

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new and exciting entertainment options

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise industry

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of entertainment and event planning principles and practices

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
