Job Description:
Position: Waiters/ess
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant or bar
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and bar area
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid passport and be able to obtain necessary visas and travel documents
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
