Job Description:
- Team Management:
- Supervise and lead the poolside dining staff, providing guidance and support.
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
- Operations Support:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the pool restaurant, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Training and Development:
- Train new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching to enhance the skills and performance of the team.
- Inventory Control:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, communicating with the Restaurant Manager to reorder supplies as needed.
- Report any equipment issues promptly to the maintenance department.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, staff attendance, and other relevant information.
- Assist in preparing reports for the Restaurant Manager as required.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in the restaurant industry.

- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
