We are seeking a skilled and professional Beautician to join our onboard Spa & Wellness team. As a Beautician at sea, you will provide high-quality beauty treatments while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, customer care, and travel.
Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including:

Facials

Manicures & Pedicures

Waxing
-
Eyebrow shaping & tinting

Lash treatments

Recommend and promote retail beauty products to guests

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms

Ensure all equipment and tools are sanitized according to company policies

Provide professional consultations and personalized treatment plans

Achieve sales targets for treatments and retail products

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Comply with all shipboard safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements

Recognized Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology qualification
-
Minimum 1–2 years of salon or spa experience
-
Experience in cruise ship is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset

Ability to work long hours in a team-oriented, multicultural environment

Valid passport

STCW certification (or willingness to obtain)
