Duties and Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, ensuring prompt and attentive food and beverage service in assigned venues such as Waterside, Tastes, Marketplace Restaurants, or other areas as directed.
- Service Support: Assist the Senior Waiter in all aspects of table service, including setting up, serving, clearing, and maintaining assigned stations to company standards.
- Food Delivery: Support the timely delivery of food and beverages from the galley to the assigned service stations, ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently.
- Standards Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, manuals, and appearance standards at all times.
- Station Maintenance: Keep assigned service stations clean, well-stocked, and properly organized in accordance with USPH (United States Public Health) and Shipboard Sanitation Program standards, including proper labeling and record keeping.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues to the assigned supervisor and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Work Hours Recording: Accurately record work and rest hours daily using the Adonis crew portal in compliance with company and maritime regulations.
- Training and Meetings: Attend all required meetings, training sessions, and educational activities as scheduled.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times, even under pressure, by upholding the principles of Crystal Basics.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate cooperation and respect when dealing with guests, colleagues, and supervisors alike, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Additional Duties: Perform other operational tasks or assignments as directed by supervisors or management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
