Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

Menu & Preparation: Follow the Supervisors instructions regarding menu plans and daily preparations, ensuring that all products are consistently prepared to the highest possible standards.

Operational Planning: Understand menu requirements and plan for operational needs, including timely preparation and service.

Health & Sanitation Compliance: Comply with current Health and Sanitation regulations (USPH and all other relevant Port Health Authorities) and adhere to proper cleaning procedures.

Maintenance Reporting: Report deficiencies or maintenance needs to the Supervisor and follow up on work orders in a timely manner until completion.

Professional Conduct: Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times, even under pressure.

Guest & Team Interaction: Conduct oneself courteously and professionally in all interactions with guests and fellow crew members, both verbally and physically.

Training & Meetings: Attend all required meetings, training sessions, and other educational activities as scheduled.

Versatility: Be prepared to perform duties across various service venues and areas of the ship as operational needs dictate.
