Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Room Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest suites, rooms, corridors, and pantries. Clean and sanitize isolation rooms following Company policies.
Equipment & Work Area Organization: Keep lockers, trolleys, cleaning equipment, and assigned corridors tidy, organized, and stored securely when not in use.
Turn-Down & Guest Service: Provide daily turn-down service, replenish amenities, towels, drinks, and fruit as necessary, and ensure all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. Deliver gifts, mail, and other items to guest suites as required.
Sanitation Compliance: Follow USPH procedures and the Housekeeping Sanitation Program, including proper use of chemicals, updating sanitation log sheets, and completing scheduled cleaning intervals.
Training & Team Support: Assist in the training of Junior Suite Attendants and support the team in daily operations.
Maintenance Reporting: Report any deficiencies or maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Office and follow up on work orders until resolved.
Watch Duties: Perform A and B watch, and pantry watch duties as assigned by Assistant Housekeepers.
Special Areas: Clean Captains Quarters and officers rooms as instructed by Assistant Housekeepers.
Professional Conduct: Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor at all times, ensuring efficient handling of guest complaints or comments.
Administrative Compliance: Accurately log work and rest hours in the Adonis crew portal daily by swiping the crew card.
Other Duties: Perform additional operational tasks as assigned to support smooth housekeeping and guest service operations.
