The Role:

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a global SaaS company, on a mission to revolutionize collaborative visual communication at the workplace.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Branding & Communications, this position will be directly contributing to executing the company’s overall digital content strategy, contributing with content writing as well as with project coordination ensuring end-to-end delivery of digital content and projects. We’re looking for a person with content writing skills as well as strong project management skills, preferably with a tech industry background to join our Communications team.


  • Create and curate compelling content for the website, the blog, social media platforms and technical content, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging and guidelines.

  • Ensure all content creates aligns with the company SEO strategy, optimize website content for SEO and conduct keyword research and stay informed about industry trends to improve search engine rankings.

  • Implement A/B testing and analyze results to continually improve website, and performance of the blog.

  • Responsible for coordinating and delivery of digital content projects within the Communications Team.

  • Work collaboratively with the Web Development, Product Development, Social Media cross-functional teams to coordinate and deliver content, and digital content projects that support initiatives, new launches and branded activity, promotional campaigns and other events, which drive customer engagement and education, in-app experience and online sales conversion.

  • Contribute to all around marketing activities in a well organized marketing team.


  • 2+ years of experience as copywriter or content writer in a marketing and communications role (must provide a portfolio of work/writing samples).

  • Experience in writing copy for SEO and using SEO tools such as SEMRush, AHRefs, etc. with the knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Experience in developing and implementing content strategies that have increased engagement and driven traffic.

  • Demonstrate a capacity to think conceptually, strategically and commercially.

  • Previous experience in working in a marketing and communications team with managing content delivery.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, reliable and accountable. Must be a great team player with strong communication, project management and organizational abilities.

  • Understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in the industry, possibly gained through continuous learning and professional development.

  • Experience in the tech industry and understanding of the digital customer journey is a big plus.
