Position: IP Team Lead
Work Setup: Onsite (Taguig City)
Schedule: Flexible (including weekends, night shifts, and holidays as needed)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Team Lead (PRN) to oversee our coding and quality assurance team. In this leadership role, you will ensure accurate inpatient coding, compliance with healthcare regulations, and efficient team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of inpatient coders/QA specialists
Ensure accuracy and compliance of ICD-10-CM, PCS, and DRG coding
Monitor team productivity and quality metrics, providing feedback and coaching
Collaborate with physicians and CDI specialists to resolve documentation gaps
Handle escalations and audit preparation
Adapt to shifting schedules (nights/weekends/holidays) as business requires

Qualifications:

Active PRN license + Bachelors in Nursing (required)
1+ year of Team Lead experience (coding/QA in inpatient setting preferred)
Active certification: CCS, CIC, or CPC (Inpatient)
Blended (voice/non-voice) expertise in healthcare operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work onsite in Taguig + flexible shifts
