Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to help identify and engage potential candidates for various job openings. The role involves sourcing through job boards, social media, and databases, building talent pipelines, and supporting the recruitment team in filling roles efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using online platforms, job boards, and networks.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines.

• Screen candidate profiles and assess fit for roles.

• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring needs.

• Maintain candidate records and sourcing reports.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS tools.
