About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP General Counsel to lead our legal operations in the Philippines. This executive role will oversee all legal matters, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, and provide expert counsel to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal leadership and strategic guidance for all business operations in the Philippines.
Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
Manage contract negotiations, regulatory filings, and corporate transactions.
Advise executive leadership on legal and business risks.
Lead and mentor the legal team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

Licensed lawyer in the Philippines (active membership in good standing).
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, or related fields.
Proven track record in legal leadership and business advisory roles.
Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup (BGC, Taguig).
