Position: Inpatient Medical Coder - Quality Assurance Supervisor
Work Setup: Onsite (Taguig City)
Schedule: Flexible (including nights, weekends & holidays as needed)

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced QA Supervisor (PRN) to lead our inpatient coding quality team. You'll ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and team performance while maintaining the highest standards of patient data integrity in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee quality audits for inpatient coding (ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG)
Lead and mentor team of coding/QA specialists
Develop/maintain QA processes and training programs
Collaborate with CDI, physicians, and revenue cycle teams
Ensure compliance with CMS, AHIMA, and organizational guidelines
Manage shift schedules (including nights/weekends coverage)

Qualifications:

Active PRN license + Bachelor's in Nursing (non-negotiable)
1+ year QA Supervisor experience (inpatient coding/clinical documentation)
Active certification: CCS/CIC/CPC (Inpatient)
Proven blended (voice/non-voice) leadership in healthcare ops
Expert knowledge of IP coding guidelines and audit methodologies
Willing for onsite work in Taguig + flexible shifts
