Inpatient Quality Assurance Specialist

Position: Inpatient Quality Assurance Specialist (PRN)
Salary Range: PHP 75,000 - 95,000/month (depending on IP QA experience)
Work Setup: Onsite (Taguig City)
Schedule: Flexible to work on shifting schedule if business ask (weekends, night shift, holidays)

About the Role:

Join our team as an Inpatient Quality Assurance Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of inpatient medical coding and documentation. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of patient care and billing integrity in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

Active PRN license (required)
Bachelors degree in Nursing
1+ year of QA, coding, or clinical documentation review experience (inpatient setting preferred)
Active certification: CCS (Certified Coding Specialist), CIC (Certified Inpatient Coder), or CPC (Certified Professional Coder)
Blended (voice and non-voice) experience in healthcare QA or coding
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, PCS, and DRG coding
Excellent communication and analytical skills
