Contract & Compliance Paralegal U.S. & E.U. Law (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong understanding of both US legal systems. This role will support the legal team with contract management, legal research, compliance, and litigation matters across US jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on US laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and edit contracts and legal documents.
• Assist with cross-border transactions and compliance with international laws (e.g., GDPR, US privacy laws).
• Support litigation efforts and prepare legal filings in US courts.
• Maintain legal records and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients and external legal teams in both regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, with expertise in US and European law.
• Strong knowledge of US legal systems, especially contract law and compliance.
• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., French, German).
• Experience with GDPR and other international regulations.
