Position: Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist (CDI) - PRN

Salary Package: PHP 80,000 - 110,000/month
Work Setup: Onsite (with temporary WFH flexibility)

We're seeking a Certified CDI Specialist (PRN) to elevate our clinical documentation quality. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between healthcare providers and coding teams to ensure accurate, compliant medical records that optimize patient outcomes and revenue integrity.

Your Impact:

Conduct real-time documentation reviews with physicians (voice) and perform audits (non-voice)
Identify gaps in clinical documentation and query providers for clarification
Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, DRG, and CDI best practices
Collaborate with coding teams to reduce denials and improve case mix index
Participate in physician education on documentation standards

We Need You To Have:

Active PRN license + Bachelor's in Nursing/Medical field
CCS or CDIP certification (current)
6+ months CDI experience (clinical/BPO/CPO setting)
Proven blended (voice/non-voice) experience in healthcare documentation
Mastery of medical terminology, clinical indicators, and DRG logic
Willingness for onsite work BGC/Taguig*) with temp WFH
