About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Inbound Telephone Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the tech industry. You will be handling inbound calls from US-based clients, providing excellent customer service, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US-based clients inquiring about tech-related products and services.
• Actively listen, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert inquiries into qualified sales by building rapport and demonstrating product value.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the tech industry or call center environment).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral/clear American accent.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in night shift / US business hours.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
• College level or graduate (any course).
