Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BPO industry, a proven ability to manage high-volume hiring, and strong leadership skills to build and manage an HR team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hires.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.

Provide guidance and support on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.

Partner with operations and leadership teams to identify talent needs and workforce planning.

Ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives, including performance management, training, and career development.

Maintain compliance with labor laws, company standards, and BPO industry best practices.

Manage HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track hiring performance and employee trends.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience in the BPO industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition (high-volume hiring preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment.

Strong leadership and team management experience.

Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards.
