Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BPO industry, a proven ability to manage high-volume hiring, and strong leadership skills to build and manage an HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hires.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.

  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Partner with operations and leadership teams to identify talent needs and workforce planning.

  • Ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives, including performance management, training, and career development.

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, company standards, and BPO industry best practices.

  • Manage HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track hiring performance and employee trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience in the BPO industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition (high-volume hiring preferred).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management experience.

  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards.
