Area: M62 North West / Yorkshire / North East

£50,000 + circa £20k commission paid quarterly

Benefits: Hybrid or Electric company car & full comprehensive benefits package The role of the Business Development Manager - External Wall Insulation will involve:

• Field sales positions selling a high quality manufactured range of external wall insulation, renders, paints and plasters
• 60% of your time selling into builders merchants, independent merchants and buying groups such as: MKM
• 30% selling direct to applicators, installers, render contractors
• The remaining 10% getting specified with architects
• 70% new business 30% account management
• Targeted to turnover circa 1.5m
• Dealing with typical order values of 1k - 50k+
• Working in conjunction with the Sales Director and internal sales team

The candidate - Area Sales Manager

• Must have field sales experience in the construction industry
• Must be from an associated product background for example: EWI, render, drylining, screed, plasters, mortars, insulation, facades, etc
• Must have sold merchants
• Ideally sold to applicators and installers however not essential
• Technical and on-site experience with building materials
• Genuine 'get up and go, determined and tenacious, make a good impression

The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager

• Up to £50,000 negotiable
• £20K OTE paid quarterly
• Hybrid company car
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
