Working Time: Field-based role with flexible working hours.

As Dibee continues to expand its network, the company is looking for a Partnership & Merchant Manager to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
Role Purpose
As a Partnership & Merchant Manager, you will play a key role in growing and strengthening Dibees network of gas stations and automotive service providers. Youll build lasting relationships, help partners get the most out of Dibees solutions, and encourage them to refer new business.
This role is a mix of fieldwork and strategy youll spend about 50% of your time on the road, meeting partners and prospects in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and nearby areas. Youll also work closely with fleet owners, helping them find the right automotive maintenance and repair services.

Main Objectives
Revenue Growth Expanding partner contributions to Dibees revenue.
Merchant & Customer Acquisition Onboarding new automotive service providers & fleet owners.
Visit & Engagement Metrics Maintaining high-quality interactions with existing and new partners.
Referral Generation Encouraging partners to generate leads for Dibee.
Business Integrity Checks Ensuring partners are legitimate and compliant.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with gas station partners, ensuring engagement and retraining when needed.
Develop new partnerships with automotive service providers and onboard them onto Dibees platform.
Identify and acquire fleet owners as customers, helping them find the right automotive maintenance and repair services.
Spend at least 50% of your time in the field, meeting partners and prospects.
Travel via motorbike to efficiently cover your assigned territory.
Support Dibees structured onboarding and training process for new partners.
Verify that all new partners are legitimate and non-fraudulent before onboarding.
Present and sell Dibees full range of solutions, including value-added services that help merchants grow revenue.
Negotiate terms and conditions with merchants to secure profitable agreements.
Stay updated on current automotive service trends, competitor offerings, and local regulations to optimize Dibees sales strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
Monitor merchant account performance and identify upselling opportunities.
Provide feedback from the field to Dibees leadership team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Must-have Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or merchant acquisition.
Experience in automotive services, fleet management, or fuel payment solutions is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Fluent Vietnamese is required.
Business proficiency in English to engage with foreign CEO and internal stakeholders.
Ability to travel via motorbike to visit merchants and partners across the assigned region.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Knowledge of payment processing systems and fleet management technologies.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven performance tracking.
