Role Purpose
As a Client Solution Executive, you will be responsible for fostering long-term customer relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and identifying business opportunities to enhance market presence. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of client needs to deliver value-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
Main Objectives
Meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned clients
Strengthen and expand client relationships by offering tailored media, training, and trade marketing solutions
Implement and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives
Responsibilities
Develop and present customized trade and marketing solutions to pharmaceutical clients, both international and local
Create persuasive sales proposals, negotiate favorable terms, and finalize agreements to drive business growth
Lead and track the execution of trade marketing initiatives to ensure seamless implementation and measurable impact
Provide detailed performance reports and manage payment timelines following contractual obligations
Collaborate with various teams, including Product, Technical, and Marketing, to refine service offerings and enhance client experience
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as design and campaign operations teams to optimize execution strategies
Proactively engage clients to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns and exploring opportunities for future collaboration
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support overall business goals
Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Professional Experience:
At least one year of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in business development, client management, or trade marketing
Technical Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems such as Zoho or Power BI
Knowledge of digital marketing and the pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Ability to work independently and within a team
