Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Team Member to join our expanding team at a busy skincare clinic and health studio. Our facility offers a variety of aesthetic treatments, facials, massages, and alternative therapies. As our client base grows, we need a dedicated individual to help drive our business forward and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, email enquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain the smooth running of the studio, including stock management and cleanliness.
  • Greet clients and guide them through their journey before treatments.
  • Process payments and manage bookings via Mind Body Online.
  • Conduct stock takes and place orders as needed.
  • Train new team members as required.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Open and close the studio as needed.
  • Report and manage equipment and building maintenance issues.

Essential Criteria:

  • Interest and basic knowledge in beauty/skincare.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Immediate availability.

Desired Criteria:

  • Experience using Mind Body Online or similar booking systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Working Hours:

  • 4 days per week, 9am 7pm, with some Saturdays on a rotating basis.

Benefits:

  • £12.50-£15 per hour, depending on experience.
  • 10% commission on products sold to walk-in clients.
  • Staff discounts on products and treatments.

Note: Interviews will be conducted immediately, with the successful candidate starting as soon as possible. Training will be provided where necessary, and the existing Front of House Manager will supervise until the candidate is fully comfortable. This position includes a six-month probation period to ensure a good fit for both parties.
