Aesthetic Nurse London

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Hybrid Working | Salaried or High Commission-Based

Are you a confident, experienced aesthetic nurse with a passion for skincare and skin health? We're working with a prestigious London-based clinic to find a professional who thrives in a results-driven environment and is ready to take ownership of their role within a high-end practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an internationally renowned medical professional and clinic owner, supporting a wide range of non-surgical treatments focused on advanced skin rejuvenation and results-based skincare.

About the Role:

As an integral part of the clinical team, you will be responsible for independently running skin-focused appointments and supporting the wider client journey. You'll be expected to confidently deliver consultations, treatment plans, and advanced skincare procedures while maintaining high clinical standards and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running client consultations and delivering a range of advanced skin treatments

• Managing day-to-day clinic operations during treatment days

• Supporting admin tasks, with some flexibility to work from home on non-treatment days

• Collaborating closely with a highly respected international doctor and clinic owner

• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care

• Taking initiative and confidently working independently when required

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience managing or running a clinic independently

• VTCT Level 4 in IPL (or equivalent) essential

• Experience with:

  • Microneedling

  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)

  • IPL treatments

  • Skin resurfacing procedures

• Strong knowledge and passion for skincare and skin health

• Ability to work well under minimal supervision with a proactive, intuitive approach

• Professional, polished presentation and excellent communication skills

• Experience with medical software and booking systems is a plus

• Please note: Cosmetic injectables will be administered by the lead medical professional and are not part of this role.

Working Hours & Structure:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30am 6:30pm

• Clinic-based role with admin days worked remotely. 

  This position offers flexibility with either a salaried package or commission-based earnings, depending on your preference and experience.
