About the Role:

The Consulting Room is hiring a Clinic Manager for a flagship clinic in Tring, Herefordshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to manage day-to-day operations, enhance customer experience, and drive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of therapists.
• Implement processes to improve the customer experience.
• Manage clinic operations including opening/closing, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Conduct consultations and provide treatments as needed.
• Train staff on upselling products and set KPIs.
• Develop marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Oversee stock management and staff schedules.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Maintain sales, inventory, and customer reports.
• Ensure equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a salon, clinic, or spa manager.
• Qualified in Level 3, with Level 4 laser qualification preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience in meeting sales targets.
• Confident in consultations, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Understanding of lead generation and marketing.
• Passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry.
