Key responsibilities of the Customer Care Adviser:

• Manage existing customer relationships, updating customers on existing applications
• Following up with lenders to get application updates
• Help engage lapsed clients
• Support advice teams by re-engaging customers to update their information with the firm

Key skills or background required for the Customer Care Adviser:

• A keen desire to move into a mortgage advice business, either in a customer support or advice role
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging customers through various channels including email and telephone
• Some experience in customer service within a financial services environment is desirable
• Some existing knowledge of mortgage products is desirable
