CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with our growing financial services client hiring a Development Manager to manager and deliver the training and onboarding material relating to protection sales across the business. The role will support teams across the country, travelling to different sites, developing protection sales processes across the firm.

Key responsibilities of the Protection Development Manager:

• Assisting in the development of training processes regarding protection sales
• Deliver training to colleagues across the business, on a 121 and group setting
• Supporting the Head of Development where required to upskill colleagues across the business, increasing productivity and commercial output across the firm
• Ensuring advisers retain a strong knowledge of protection products in order to effectively support clients with their protection needs

Key skills or background required for the Protection Development Manager:

• Extensive knowledge of protection products and criteria across the market
• Strong communication skills, comfortable building and leading training and development plans for protection products
• Comfortable engaging large groups of colleagues, presenting key information
