About the job Customer Service Representative - Remote
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team, you will provide exceptional support to the department, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of inquiries. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while delivering excellent customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative or Account Manager .
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Nurture relationships with customers to foster high client retention and loyalty.
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Knowledge of how to quote/remarket renewals, handle renewal reviews with customers, assist with some new business, endorse policies and have communication to build on client relationships with the customers.
Assist in reviewing policies and working with carriers, as well as billing and invoicing.
Assist in screening calls to streamline communication and reduce the workload for the department.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
